How do I buy something?

What methods of payment are accepted?

We ship all across Australia.

What are my freight charges?

We have a flat rate per state shipping charge. Some higher freight rates apply to farther regional areas of the states marked with an asterisk. The charge will be calculated upon order entry requests. All rates shown are exclusive of GST and are calculated per order: NSW/ACT $30, VIC/QLD* $35, SA* $40, WA*/TAS*/NT* $50.

Do you ship overseas?

No. We only ship within Australia.

How long will it take to receive my items?

Typically, it takes 2-5 business days depending on where you’re located in Australia, from when your order is received.

Why don’t you ship shower & hospital tracks?

Due to the custom sizing required for each job we have chosen to simply quote you over the phone for your next job. Please call us on 1300 600 600 for a quote.

Can I create a trade account?

Yes of course. We will need more information so call us on 1300 600 600.

Do I need to sign up to buy?

You don’t need to sign up to purchase any item in Lencare. However, by signing up to our emails we can provide you with our latest special offers and we don’t spam either! Remember to add us to your safe sender list. Our email is marketing@lencare.com.au.

I have forgotten my password?

Simply click on “Forgotten Password”, enter your username or email address with the account associated, and click “Reset password”. You will receive an email with a temporary password. Follow the instructions in this email.
